The AEA Apprentice Awards 2025

We were delighted to host our third annual AEA Apprentice Awards, a celebration of the outstanding apprentices who have gone above and beyond over the past 12 months. This event, launched in 2023, was created to recognise and reward their hard work and dedication—whether they are just starting their journey or approaching the final stages of their apprenticeship.

The evening was filled with celebration as we honoured the remarkable talents and achievements of these apprentices. Their commitment and passion are shaping a bright future for us all.

This year, four award categories were open for nominations from host employers and training providers:

  • Rising Star Award

  • Be Their Best Award

  • Future Leader Award

  • Apprentice of the Year Award

In a new format, both the Rising Star and Be Their Best awards were presented in two categories: Technical/Commercial Apprentices and Education Apprentices. Meanwhile, the Apprentice of the Year Award was split into three groups based on employment year: Year One, Year Two, and Year Three.
